Dr. Rachel Getzenberg is a child and adolescent psychiatrist at MUSC. Dr. Getzenberg received a bachelor's degree in psychology from George Washington University before receiving her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She then completed her general psychiatry residency at the University of Louisville, followed by a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Getzenberg has a strong interest in treating mental health conditions of young people, especially kids and teenagers with medical illnesses. She enjoys spending time outside with her family and dog.
